Continuous improvement through inspections.
A safe workplace requires constant attention. That’s why Carlson conducts weekly, monthly, semiannual, and annual inspections across our facilities to identify hazards, evaluate equipment, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Our inspection program covers everything from machine guarding and lockout/tagout to cranes, forklifts, emergency equipment, and facility-wide safety systems. By proactively addressing issues before they become incidents, we create a safer workplace for everyone.

Safety is never “finished.” That’s why Carlson regularly brings employees together for engaging safety training that reinforces best practices, introduces new topics, and keeps safety at the forefront of everything we do.
